Job Description

Roes & Responsibilities-

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition after deal closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, sales, and operations teams.
  • Coordinate project execution, follow-ups, and timely service delivery.
  • Resolve client queries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track onboarding progress, maintain reports, and identify upselling opportunities.
