Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through customer outreach, lead generation, relationship management, and market development activities.
This position will begin as a 1-month contract assignment with clearly defined performance goals. Based on performance, business requirements, and mutual fit, the role may be considered for extension or full-time employment.
KRA : Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Support quotation sharing, negotiation, and conversion activities
Maintain lead trackers and update CRM/sales records regularly
Coordinate internally for customer requirements and execution
