Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader sales to join our sales team at Babyjoy Fertility IVF, Rajouri Garden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded. This role requires strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing constructive feedback
