Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and driving the performance of the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in the real estate sector. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, sales forecasting, client relationship management, and collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure consistent pipeline development and accurate sales projections.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set KPIs, and provide coaching for improvement.
- Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and performance-driven incentives.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-oriented team culture.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
- Manage high-value clients and support the team in closing complex transactions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to increase client satisfaction and referrals.
4. Sales Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes, documentation, and contract execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor sales performance through CRM and reporting tools.
- Provide management with timely sales reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Track ROI on sales campaigns and activities.
