Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive with hands-on experience in handling IndiaMART leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to IndiaMART inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand client requirements and share quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain client records and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing or Sales Coordination.
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART lead management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client queries efficiently.
Preferred Industry:
Signage, Printing, Branding, Advertising, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales.
