Job Description

We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Loan Sales Executive to join our growing DSA team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of generating leads independently, converting prospects into customers, and closing loan deals.

We work with multiple leading banks and NBFCs, giving customers a wide range of financing options.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through tellecaling, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.

Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Coordinate with multiple banks and NBFCs for approvals.

Convert leads into successful loan disbursements.

Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Sales experience in loans, banking, finance, insurance, or BFSI is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are also welcome.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation is an advantage.
