Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who want to build a career in sales and finance. You will work on Business Loans (MSME / Working Capital) and learn end-to-end sales and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through calling, references & field visits
* Connect with small business owners (MSME clients)
* Explain Business Loan products in simple terms
* Collect documents and assist in loan processing
* Coordinate with banks/NBFCs
* Achieve basic monthly targets
Requirements:
* Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)
* Confident and willing to learn
* Interest in sales / finance field
* Any 12thPass/ graduate / undergraduate can apply
