Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The company will provide qualified leads, and your main responsibility will be to convert those leads into successful sales.
You will connect with potential customers through calls, Zoom meetings, and site visits, explain solar solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company-provided leads and follow up regularly
- Pitch solar solutions over calls, Zoom meetings, or face-to-face site visits
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar systems
- Build trust and maintain good relationships with clients
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Compensation:
- Option 1: Commission-based (High earning potential)
- Option 2: High Commission

- Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to handle clients independently
