  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries
  • Explain course details, fee structure, and benefits to students/parents
  • Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling
  • Maintain student database and follow-up regularly
  • Coordinate with faculty and academic team for student support
