Hiring Sales Manager and Sales Executive for client in Sustainable Materials & Premium Packaging manufacturing.


Position: Sales Manager

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Faridabad (Field-based; office once a week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales of premium sustainable packaging and material solutions.
  • Develop business across industries such as:
  • Furniture
  • Home Décor
  • Artifacts
  • Mirrors & Marble
  • Gifting & Lifestyle Brands
  • Luxury & Premium Consumer Brands
  • Identify, acquire, and manage enterprise and premium client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, décor consultants, premium brands, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate business growth.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, sampling, production planning, and customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

Desired Profile

  • 5–7 years of successful B2B Sales/Business Development experience.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing enterprise or premium client accounts.
  • Exposure to any of the following industries is highly preferred:
  • Interior Design
  • Furniture
  • Home Décor
  • Luxury Materials
  • Premium Packaging
  • Building Materials
  • Architectural Products
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently drive revenue and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Existing network with architects, interior designers, premium brands, luxury businesses, or enterprise clients will be a significant advantage.
  • Experience in consultative selling, startups, or high-growth environments is preferred.

  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, client feedback, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
