Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Manage and grow sales within assigned territory/area.
- Appoint, support and monitor distributors, dealers or retailers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
- Visit market regularly and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead, train and motivate sales executives/field staff.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
