Job Description
Position : Senior Sales Manager – Loan Sales
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

- Home Loan (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Business Loan (BL)
- Overdraft (OD/CC)
- CGTMSE Loan
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with qualified leads generated by the calling team and understand their loan requirements.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to explain suitable loan products and close sales.
- Build trust with prospective customers and provide end-to-end loan consultation.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
- Follow up with clients until the loan is successfully disbursed.
