About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance is looking for dynamic, self-motivated professionals to build and lead a high-performing sales team. The role focuses on team leadership, business development, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and lead a high-performing sales team.

* Identify, onboard, and mentor team members.

* Drive business growth through effective team leadership and performance management.

* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

Eligibility

* Age: 25 years and above.

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Sales, leadership, or team management experience is preferred.

* Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, FMCG, telecom, or similar industries is an advantage.

* Freshers with leadership potential may also apply for selected positions.
