Job Description:- Scrum Master

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, ensuring smooth sprint execution, and helping cross-functional teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. As a Scrum Master at MingleLoans, you will play a key role in improving team collaboration, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement within Agile processes.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming sessions.Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or sprint goals.Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown charts, and overall project health.Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment.Ensure proper prioritization and management of the product backlog.Coordinate with multiple departments to improve communication and workflow efficiency.Support continuous improvement initiatives and help teams adapt to changing business requirements.Prepare and maintain Agile documentation, reports, and project status updates.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project coordination roles.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar Agile project management platforms.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe will be an added advantage.Strong stakeholder management and team coordination abilities.Ability to motivate teams and drive productivity while maintaining Agile values and principles.
