Job Description
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Handle invoices, payments, receivables, and vendor reconciliations
Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records
Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial data
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments
Monitor purchase orders, billing, and payment follow-ups
Maintain records of petty cash and company expenses
Assist in salary processing and employee reimbursements
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support management in budgeting and financial planning
