Job Description
The Role
As the Senior Accounts Manager, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be the guardian of our financial integrity. You will oversee all accounting operations, design robust financial controls, ensure tax compliance, and provide the leadership team with actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory frameworks (GAAP/IFRS).
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage corporate tax filing, GST/VAT compliance, audits, and ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with executive leadership to design annual budgets, monitor variances, and forecast financial trajectories.
- Process Optimization: Implement, upgrade, and streamline accounting systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, NetSuite, Tally) and internal control procedures.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of accountants and finance professionals.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Experience: 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in modern accounting software/ERPs (such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books) and mastery-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical Mindset: An exceptional eye for detail combined with the ability to see the "big picture" strategy behind the numbers.
- Communication Skills: The rare ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders without putting them to sleep.
