SENIOR MIS Executive – Job Description

Role: SENIOR MIS Executive

JOB LOCATION: DELHI - GHAZIPUR

SALARY: Rs. 15000 to Rs 25000

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Generate dashboards and performance reports for management.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Create reports using advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and charts.

Support business teams with data analysis and ad hoc reporting.

Maintain databases and automate reporting processes where possible.

Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.

Required Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred).

Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (depending on role level).

Report accuracy and timeliness.

Data quality compliance.

Automation and process improvement initiatives.
