📢 Hiring: Telesales Executive (Personal Loan Process)
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team.
🔹 Job Role:
Calling potential customers and explaining personal loan products
Generating leads and converting them into business
Maintaining customer relationships and follow-ups
Achieving monthly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Experience in telesales/loan process preferred
Basic knowledge of personal loans/finance is a plus
Self-motivated and target-oriented
🔹 Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000
Incentives:• ₹8- 25 Lakhs – 0.25%• ₹25–50 Lakhs – 0.5%• Above ₹50 Lakhs – .75%
High earning potential based on performance
