Job Title -- Outbound Customer Support Executive (Domestic BPO)
Location -- Sector 63, Noida
Salary -- 14k in hand + incentive
Its a Voice Process.
Key Requirements:
· 6+ months of experience in Domestic BPO is mandatory.
· Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution.
· Good English communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.
. . Should have some knowledge or Experience about BPO.
· Providing support to Domestic customers
.Ready to adopt new things and good team member.
. Good Understanding of BPO work process.
. If some one has Sales experience then he will be consider for another Sales Process.
