Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience Required : 2–3 years in Interior Design & Home Decor field
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary: Aavana Greens Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Male) for a field-based role. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in field sales within the interior design and home decor industry, and be passionate about building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively identify and approach potential B2B/B2C clients for Artificial Grass, interior design and home decor solutions
• Conduct field visits to prospective customers, interior designers, architects, and project sites
• Pitch product offerings, present catalogs, and close deals through direct engagement
• Build and maintain a strong client database and nurture long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams to support business campaigns
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback from the market
Candidate Requirements:
• Male candidates only
• 2–3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with local market and industry trends is a plus.
