Job Description
We are looking for senior telesales executive responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, communicating with customers, and managing day-to-day sales operations related to personal loan, business loan and overdraft facilities.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and terms.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper product information
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
