Senior Telesales Associate

About the Role:

We are hiring a high-energy, aggressive telesales executive who thinks like an owner and drives revenue daily. This role is for someone who takes initiative, experiments, and pushes sales — not someone waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily sales via outbound & inbound calls
• Re-engage existing customers to boost repeat orders
• Generate and convert new leads aggressively
• Upsell & cross-sell (combos, add-ons, high-value items)
• Take and act on customer feedback
• Track performance and hit daily/weekly targets
• Suggest and execute new sales strategies
• Coordinate with kitchen/ops for better customer experience

Experience Required:

• 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales / customer calling
• Strong preference for hospitality / restaurant / QSR / cloud kitchen background
• Freshers with high sales hunger & communication skills can be considered
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets preferred

Education:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred, not mandatory)
• Sales/marketing certifications are a plus
• We value attitude, execution, and communication over degrees

• Can create call scripts, offers, and campaigns
• Understands customer psychology in food ordering
• Able to turn insights into growth actions
