Every project is delivered through coordinated design, engineering and site control to ensure quality and timely completion.

Role Overview

The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations for interior fit outs and construction driven projects executed by Hub and Oak. The role requires strong technical knowledge, on site coordination skills and the ability to manage contractors, materials, timelines and quality standards. The Site Manager will act as the technical lead on site and work closely with the design team, project manager, vendors and clients to ensure accurate execution of drawings and smooth progress of each project. Project Sites will be in Delhi Gurgaon and Noida. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Site supervision

Monitor day to day site activities and ensure all work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards. Coordinate between civil, electrical, plumbing and interior teams to maintain workflow continuity.

2. Technical execution

Interpret working drawings, construction details and material specifications. Ensure correct installation of partitions, flooring, ceilings, services, joinery and other fit out elements.

3. Contractor and labour management

Supervise contractors, technicians and labour teams assigned to the project. Allocate tasks, monitor productivity and ensure adherence to safety standards.

4. Project scheduling

Work with the project manager to plan daily and weekly work schedules. Track progress and flag delays, resource shortages or technical issues in advance.

5. Material management

Verify material quality, quantity and installation appropriateness. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of site materials and ensure zero wastage.

6. Quality control

Inspect completed work regularly to maintain high standards and rectify any defects. Ensure finishing quality aligns with Hub and Oak expectations and client requirements.

7. Site documentation

Maintain daily site reports, work checklists, contractor attendance, measurement sheets and snag lists. Document progress through photos and reports for internal tracking.

8. Client coordination

Update the project team and clients on site status when required. Participate in site meetings, walkthroughs and handover processes.

9. Compliance and safety

Ensure all activities follow safety rules, building codes and site compliance requirements. Identify risks and take corrective action when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Degree or diploma in civil engineering

2. Proven experience in interior fit outs, commercial construction or residential project execution

3. Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs and construction details

4. Ability to manage contractors, schedules and site operations independently
