Job Description
About the Role We are hiring a Store Executive to be based at our Central Office in Model Town, North Delhi. This is a back-office coordination role — not a site role. You will be the central point for stock movement records across all our project sites and will work closely with our Sr. Accountant and site stores teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the centralized stock register for all ongoing project sites (Delhi NCR + outstation projects)
- Process and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and Material Requisition Notes (MRN) received from site stores
- Reconcile site-level stock with central books on a weekly basis
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock movement reports and MIS for management review
- Coordinate with site supervisors for material requisitions, dispatches, and receipts
- Track material consumption project-wise and flag variances
- Maintain min-max stock levels for fast-moving items (cables, fittings, hardware)
- Support monthly stock-vs-books reconciliation under guidance of the Sr. Accountant
- Maintain documentation: vendor challans, gate passes, GRNs, transit insurance papers
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material receipts at central office
- Support internal audits and statutory audits with stores documentation
Must-Have Skills (mandatory)
- (entries for stock movements, GRN, vendor accounting)
- Strong in MS Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting
- Working knowledge of GRN/MIN/MRN documentation flow
- Stock register maintenance experience
- Good written communication (English + Hindi)
