Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build a database of potential customers in target segments and geographies.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp/LinkedIn outreach to decision makers (owners, IT heads, admins).
  • Qualify leads by understanding their current setup, pain points, budget, and decision process.
  • Schedule meetings / demos for senior BD / field sales and ensure the prospect attends.
  • Maintain and update CRM/Excel with accurate records of calls, responses, follow‑ups, and deal stage
