The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and building strong online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories, and videos)
• Manage daily posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Grow and nurture online communities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar
• Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
