• Key Responsibilities:-
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Monitor trends and leverage them to increase reach and engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
• Optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
