We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar PV Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling on-site visits, mounting solar panels, setting up structures, and ensuring seamless electrical connections. If you have a solid understanding of basic electrical work and love field jobs, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Assessment: Visit residential, commercial, or industrial customer sites to check rooftop areas, directions, and structural load requirements.
- Installation: Measure, cut, and assemble support structures to safely mount solar panels on roofs or ground systems.
- Electrical Wiring: Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and necessary electrical wiring according to safety codes.
- Customer Interaction: Explain basic solar system functioning, power generation benchmarks, and usage guidelines to customers post-installation.
- Maintenance & Support: Diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance checks, and handle troubleshooting or repair requests for existing solar setups.
