South Indian Chef Hiring – Job DescriptionWe are hiring experienced South Indian kitchen staff for the following positions:

• Dosa Master
• South Indian Main Course Chef
• South Indian Commis / Helper
• Responsibilities- Dosa Master Prepare dosa and maintain consistency and quality
• Make dosa varieties including plain dosa, masala dosa, uttapam, etc.
• Handle dosa section independently during rush hours
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food presentation
• Monitor stock of batter, chutneys, sambhar, and section ingredients
• South Indian Main Course Chef: Prepare authentic South Indian curries, rice items, sambhar, rasam, keerai kootu, and other regional dishes
• Ensure taste consistency and timely food preparation
• Manage kitchen operations for South Indian main course section
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen discipline
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
• South Indian Commis / HelperAssist chefs in preparation and cutting work
• Help with batter preparation, mise en place, and cleaning
• Support kitchen operations during service hours
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
• RequirementsExperience in South Indian cuisine preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with good kitchen discipline
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Immediate joiners preferred
