💼 Experience: 6 moths minimum in Stock Broking / BFSI Sale

💰 Salary: 15k to 25k fixed salary + incentive 

Are you a passionate sales leader with experience in the stock broking industry? We're looking for a Team Leader who can drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives. 

• Drive Demat & Trading Account acquisition. 

• Achieve individual and team revenue targets. 

• Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching. 

• Recruit, train, and motivate team members. 

• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience. 

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. 

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1+ years of experience in any Stock Broking Firm as a team leader.

✅ Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred.

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills.

✅ Knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Financial Markets.

✅ Target-oriented with excellent team management abilities.
