Job Description
Lead our grocery store team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations (inventory, pricing, displays)
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and cashiers
- Drive sales growth through merchandising and customer engagement
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues
- Manage cash handling, banking, and store security
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
