Job Description
Education and personal qualities
• Candidate should be either undergraduate or graduate and should have basic knowledge of Tally.ERP9/TallyPrime.
• He/She should be able to speak both English and Hindi language.
• He/She should be having positive attitude, open to learn and hard working.
KRA (Key Responsible Area)
• He/She should be willing to speak with customer over phone call and provide the resolution of their queries.
• He/She will record interactions in CRM Software and resolve as per defined process and interaction matrix within prescribed SLA.
