RETAIL PARTNER / TEAM LEADER

ROLE OVERVIEW

• We are hiring motivated, sales-oriented individuals to join Bajaj Life Insurance as Retail Partners / Team Leaders.
• This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity with flexible working hours and unlimited earning potential — but ONLY for those who are serious, consistent,and willing to put in real effort.

TRAINING PHASE — Insurance Consultant

• During the initial training period, you will be designated as Insurance Consultant.
• You will be trained in life insurance basics, policy sales, and customer handling
• You will get real-world exposure by selling life insurance policies during training
• A stipend will be paid based on the policies you sell during this phase
• This field exposure prepares you to lead your own team in the future
• On successful completion, you will be promoted to Retail Partner / Team Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — Retail Partner / Team Leader

• Build and expand your own teamof insurance consultants
•  Activate and engage your team members regularly
•  Lead, mentor, and develop your team towards their goals
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
• Support team members during their training phase
• Work independently from home at your own pace
• Drive team results through consistent leadership and motivation

EARNING POTENTIAL

After Promotion to Retail Partner:

• Fixed Pay: Rs. 22,000 per month
•  Variable Incentive: Unlimited —based on team performance
• Minimum Expected Earnings: Rs. 75,000 - Rs. 80,000 per month
• High Performers Can Earn: Rs. 1 Lakh+ per month

Higher earnings require consistent effort and active team building. This is a performance-driven role. If you do not perform, you will not earn — even the fixed pay requires active contribution. No one gets paid for doing nothing from home.

REQUIREMENTS & WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education:

•  Minimum: 12th Pass — only if you have relevant sales or insurance experience

•  Preferred: Graduation in any stream

•  Strictly NOT below 12th standard— No exceptions

Experience (Preferred):

•  Sales experience in any field

•  Banking, Finance, or Insurance background

•  Field work exposure or willingness to do field work

•  Candidates eager to enter the insurance / sales sector are welcome

Other Requirements:

• Basic Hindi knowledge — reading, understanding, and speaking — Mandatory

• Fluency in Hindi is NOT required; basic understanding is sufficient

• Self-motivated and serious about this opportunity

• Smartphone and internet connection required

• Willing to work from home with flexibility and self-discipline
