Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist users in effectively using the educator’s application and associated tools. The role involves resolving user issues, ensuring smooth app functionality, and delivering a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users facing issues while using the application and related tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve user queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Guide users on app features, usage, and best practices
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working shifts (10–12 hours per day)
- 6 days working week
Requirements:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical understanding of mobile/web applications
- Ability to handle multiple user queries simultaneously
- Customer-focused approach with patience and professionalism
