Technical Coordinator

We are looking for a female Technical Coordinator with sound knowledge of civil and interior works. The candidate should be capable of managing technical and project-related activities from the office while coordinating effectively with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Review drawings, measurements, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.

·        Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.

·        Monitor project progress and follow up on material, production, delivery, and installation schedules.

·        Provide technical support to the sales and execution teams.

·        Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.

·        Handle technical discussions and resolve routine site-related issues.

·        Visit project sites whenever required for measurements, inspections, coordination, and work supervision.

·        Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

·        Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

·        Good technical understanding of civil and interior works.

·        Previous exposure to site handling and project coordination.

·        Ability to understand technical drawings and take site measurements.

·        Good communication, coordination, and computer skills.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be preferred.

·        Responsible, organised, and capable of independently following up on multiple projects.
