About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Sales Interns to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
• Introduce company services and explain their benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Comfortable speaking over phone calls.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English preferred.
• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
