About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined and confident Tele-Sales Executive who will contact

prospective customers shared by our team.

The customers will primarily be solar installation companies. The candidate will speak with

business owners or decision-makers, understand their current workflow, briefly explain our

solar workflow management software, and identify whether they are interested in a product

demonstration or further discussion.

Our software helps solar installers manage installation jobs, field workers, project stages,

customer details, photographs, approvals, and other operational activities through a

structured digital platform.

Call prospective customers using the contact list provided by the company.

Introduce the company and explain the basic benefits of the software.

Understand how the customer currently manages solar projects and field operations.

Check whether the customer is interested in using software to manage their

workflow.

Arrange product demonstrations or follow-up calls for interested customers.

Maintain accurate records of every call and customer response.

Regularly follow up with interested or undecided customers.

Share daily updates with the company regarding calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the sales team until the customer is converted.

Diligent and consistent with customer follow-ups.

Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.

Good internet connection and reliable mobile network.

Basic ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or similar tools for lead tracking.●

2–3 years of professional experience.

Previous experience in tele-sales, inside sales, lead generation, or customer calling

is preferred.

Experience selling software, SaaS, solar products, or B2B services will be an

advantage.

Fixed salary: ₹5,000 per month

Additional incentive or bonus for every successful sale

Work Arrangement

Fully work from home.

Customer contact details and calling lists will be provided.

Working hours can be discussed, but the candidate must be available during normal

business hours for customer calls and follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is sincere, patient, persuasive, and comfortable making repeated

follow-up calls. This role is suitable for someone who can build rapport with customers and

consistently move interested prospects toward a product demonstration or sales discussion.
