Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Recovery
Location: Laxmi Nagar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 + Huge Incentives
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Telecallers for the Debt Recovery department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment recovery
- Follow up on pending dues and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of calls and collections
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or debt recovery
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
