Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Telecaller to handle incoming calls from customers. The main role is to answer customer queries, provide correct information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Receive and attend incoming calls from customers
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
- Resolve basic queries or forward calls to the concerned department
- Maintain a polite and professional tone on calls
- Record customer details and update data in the system
- Follow company guidelines while handling calls
- ✅ Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi )
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to listen carefully and speak clearly
- Positive attitude and patience
