Job Description

Company: SG Bajrang Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Dilshad Garden, Delhi

Experience: 0–3 Years

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Outbound calling to existing and potential clients for logistics services.
  • Follow-up for regular and repeat loads.
  • Coordinate with operations team for pickup, delivery, and shipment status.
  • Maintain daily calling data, client details, and confirmations.
  • Share daily reports with seniors.
  • Handle basic client queries (rates, delivery timelines, documents).
  • Proper escalation and closure tracking.
  • Key Skills Required:Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics/transport (preferred).
  • Comfortable with targets and pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Working Hours:As per company policy
  • Salary:As per industry standards + incentives
