Job Description

Telecounsellor

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients.
  • Explain IVF and fertility treatment services.
  • Answer patient queries politely and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments with doctors.
  • Follow up with interested patients and leads.
  • Maintain patient records and update information.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth patient support.
  • Provide a positive and caring experience to patients.
