Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of financial sales executives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Drive business growth across multiple product lines: life insurance, health insurance, mutual funds, and fixed deposits.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Handle escalations and resolve client complaints effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
