Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and empathetic Telecaller to join our customer service team. The primary responsibilities of this role are to handle inbound customer queries and set up appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:


  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

Appointment Setting:


  • Schedule and confirm appointments for customers with the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure availability and timely follow-ups.

Query Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Database Management:

  • Update and maintain customer information in the database accurately.
  • Log all call details, inquiries, and appointments systematically.

Customer Feedback:

  • Collect and record customer feedback.
  • Report recurring issues to management for process improvement.

Follow-up:

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and confirm appointment details.
  • Send reminders for upcoming appointments.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in customer service, communication, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a telecaller, customer service, or related role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

  • May require occasional overtime depending on call volume and customer needs.
