Job Description
Your primary goal will be to reach out to potential customers over the phone to explain our products/services and close sales. You will act as the first point of contact for our brand, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Key Tasks & DutiesOutbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers using a provided database.
- Sales Pitching: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to convince customers to purchase.
- Lead Management: Follow up on existing leads and maintain a record of all calls and sales in the system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Feedback: Capture customer feedback and handle basic objections or queries professionally.
