Job Description

Job Profile – Office Coordinator (Electrical Wholesale Business)


- Handle day-to-day office coordination in an electrical wholesale business.

- Coordinate with fixed customers regarding orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.

- Prepare and send quotations to customers as per requirements.

- Follow up for payment collection and maintain payment records.

- Maintain proper records of all Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.

- Plan and manage material dispatches as per customer POs.

- Check stock reports regularly and arrange material procurement for required items.

- Coordinate internally with suppliers, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure timely order processing and accurate documentation.

- Maintain customer relationships through proper communication and support.
