Loan Executive / Loan Officer – Job Description
Position: Loan Executive / Loan Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Loan Executive to assist customers with loan applications, explain loan products, collect documents, and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and generate loan leads.
- Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure compliance with company and banking policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
