BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident BPO Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities include contacting potential customers, answering their queries, providing accurate information about products or services, following up on leads, and updating customer details in the system. Candidates should be able to handle customer concerns politely and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The applicant must have basic computer knowledge, good listening skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Good Hindi communication skills (English is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and teamwork skills
