Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the lending domain and real estate market.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to generate business in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
- Understand client financial needs and suggest suitable loan products
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals
- Ensure smooth documentation and disbursement process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 1–5 years in Home Loans / LAP / Real Estate / Financial Services
- Candidates from Real Estate background can also apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary💰 3 – 5 LPA + Incentives
