Team Leader – Loan Telesales

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our Loan Telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a team of tele sales executives, achieving sales targets, improving team productivity, and ensuring quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and motivate the telesales team for loan sales.

·      Achieve daily, monthly sales targets.

·      Monitor calling performance and conversion ratios.

·      Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

·      Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction.

·      Prepare sales reports and performance updates.

·      Coordinate with management for process improvements.

Requirements:

·      Experience in Loan Telesales/BFSI sector preferred.

·      Good leadership and communication skills.

·      Ability to handle team targets and pressure.

·      Basic knowledge of CRM and telesales process.

·      Minimum 1–3 years of team handling experience preferred.
