Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage client relationships to facilitate loan processing.
• Collect, review, and organize all required documentation from clients (KYC, income proof, bank statements,
• etc.).
• Verify documents for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness as per company and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate and guide clients on documentation requirements and loan procedures.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with clients for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation filing (physical/digital).
• Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the loan application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, underwriting, operations) for smooth processing.
• Track application status and proactively follow up to ensure timely loan approval/sanction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products where applicable.
• Handle client queries,concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Meet assigned targets for loan disbursement and customer acquisition.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on application status, pipeline, and performance.

Requirements:-

• Good Communication skill
• Strong analytical and
• decision-making skills
• experience in credit
• underwriting, preferably in NBFCs or fintech
•  Qualification= Graduated
• No MTI issue
• NBFC or Payday loan Industry
• (more preferable)
